Keeper Regina van Eijk kwam in 2018 op 16-jarige leeftijd als derde keeper bij de selectie van de Ajax Vrouwen. Dat gebeurde in het seizoen 2021/2022 toen de de honneurs moest waarnemen van de geblesseerde eerste keeper Lize Kop.
