In preparation for the new season, Ajax and adidas present the collection in which the squad will train. Part of the squad returns to the club this week to prepare for the upcoming UEFA Conference League qualifying rounds under new head coach Míchel.

Ajax and Oscar García have mutually agreed to terminate the coach's contract. García's deal with Ajax was due to run until June 30, 2027, but both parties have decided to end their collaboration with immediate effect. Following García's departure, fitness coach Enrique Sanz will also leave the club.

Urby Emanuelson needs no introduction to Ajax fans. His father, Errol, is a lesser-known Emanuelson. Yet the 73-year-old former Robin Hood footballer also has a special connection to the club for which his son made no fewer than 255 appearances. On July 24, 1976 – almost fifty years ago – Emanuelson senior played a leading role in a memorable Ajax match.
