Dutch international Wout Weghorst has been an Ajax player since 29 August 2024. He signed a two-year contract. Weghorst was born on 7 August 1992 in Borne and made his professional debut with FC Emmen. In the Netherlands, he also played for Heracles and AZ, before moving to VfL Wolfsburg in 2018. Abroad, Weghorst has played for Burnley FC, Besiktas, Manchester United, and TSG Hoffenheim.
