Tilborg (March 8, 2008, Almere) has been part of Ajax's youth academy since 2015. Prior to joining Ajax, he played for partner club ASC Waterwijk. The left-footed defender joined the club at the U8 level and subsequently progressed through several youth teams. Last season, he played for Ajax U19.
