Godts (Tienen, Belgium, June 7, 2005) joined Ajax from KRC Genk in January 2023. In April of that year, he made his official first-team debut in the Eredivisie match against Fortuna Sittard. Over the following seasons, he developed into a key member of the senior squad.
In the 2025-2026 season, Godts was named the Johan Cruijff Talent of the Year in the Eredivisie. He also received the Marco van Basten Trophy after being voted Ajax Talent of the Year by the club’s technical staff. In total, the forward made 115 official appearances for Ajax, scoring 26 goals. On March 28, 2026, Godts made his debut for the Belgian national team in the away match against the United States.
