In the run-up to the visit from Arnhem, Ajax held a final training session Tuesday afternoon. Birthday boy Remko Pasveer got a lovely present from his fellow players. He had to run the gauntlet and avoid getting hit round the head by the Ajax players.
These days the Ajax team are focusing mainly on revenge after losing 2-1 in the big clash against rivals PSV. By beating Vitesse, Ajax will take over the lead from the team from Eindhoven. Saturday sees the final match in the first half of the season, away to FC Emmen.
