Ajax trained at De Toekomst on Monday to prepare for the match against the team currently third in Sweden. Malmö FF reached the round of 16 of the main tournament of the Europa Cup by beating St. Pölten in qualifying. Ajax Women, in turn, proved too strong for Kazakhstan's WFC Aktobe in the previous round.

The training session started with a rondo and a passing and kicking drill. The players were divided into two groups and alternated between the two exercises. This was followed by tactical training. The session ended with a short-sided game. Ajax will face Malmö FF at de Toekomst on Wednesday at 19:30.
