5 goal win for Ajax against Fortuna, Brobbey scores on his debut

Saturday night saw Ajax earn their sixth league win of the season. The final score against Fortuna Sittard at the Johan Cruijff ArenA was 5-2. Brian Brobbey scored in his debut match for Ajax 1. The other goals came from Davy Klaassen (2), Dusan Tadic and Quincy Promes.

Ajax earn point in Bergamo

Tuesday night saw Ajax earn their first point of the new UEFA Champions League season. They drew 2-2 in their away match at Atalanta. Ajax had a comfortable 2-0 lead at half time thanks to goals from Dusan Tadic (penalty) and Lassina Traoré, but in the opening 15 minutes of the second half Atalanta brought the score back up to 2-2. The last 30 minutes of the match saw no more goals.
