Former Ajax midfielder Christian Eriksen is training with Jong Ajax this week. The Danish international is working to keep his fitness levels until he finds a new club.

Christian Eriksen is temporarily back at the club where he made his breakthrough. While looking for a new club, the Dane is training with Jong Ajax this week. Eriksen immediately showed his class on the field, amongst the Jong Ajax players squad managed by John Heitinga. His temporary return to the Toekomst feels like a homecoming.

Ajax and Kristian Hlynsson have reached an agreement for the extension of his contract. The 18-year-old attacking midfielder's new contract will take effect on February 1 and run until June 30, 2026. Hlynsson's prior contract ran until mid-2023.
