Van Gool joined Ajax in 2019, starting in the Talent Team U19. From there, she made the step up to the Ajax Women. Her official debut for the first team came on October 16, 2022, against ADO Den Haag. Five months later, she was named in the starting line-up for the first time.
On May 5, 2023, Van Gool signed a contract that tied her to Ajax until mid-2025. In total, she made 74 appearances in the white-red-white and scored four goals.
During her time at Ajax, Van Gool won several honours. In the 2022/2023 season, she became national champion with the Ajax Women. On May 7, 2023, they secured the title in a match against PEC Zwolle. A year later, she won the Dutch Cup with Ajax. In the 3-1 victory over Fortuna Sittard in the final, Van Gool also found the net herself.
