Keijzer joined the Ajax Women U19 Team in 2020 at the age of seventeen, having transferred from VV Alkmaar. Two years later, in the summer of 2022, she was officially promoted to the Ajax Women's first team, having already made five senior appearances by that time.

In total, Keijzer featured in 39 official matches for Ajax. Her debut season with the senior squad was an immediate success, as she helped the team clinch the league title. In the 2023/2024 season, she added the KNVB Cup to her honours. In the final against Fortuna Sittard, held in Tilburg, Keijzer came on as a substitute and contributed to the 3-1 victory.

Her final official match for Ajax Women was against Excelsior. Last week, she brought her time at Ajax to a close at the World Sevens Football, where she donned the Ajax shirt one last time in the sun-soaked 7-a-side matches in Portugal.

As a farewell, Keijzer penned a personal letter to the fans, expressing her gratitude and reflecting on her journey in Amsterdam.
