Ajax and Remko Pasveer have agreed on the extension of his contract, which ran until June 30, 2023. The agreement with the goalkeeper has been extended by one year and will run until June 30, 2024.

Pasveer (Enschede, November 8, 1983) started his career at FC Twente, after which he played for Heracles Almelo, PSV, and Vitesse. On April 23, 2021, he made a free transfer from Vitesse to Ajax and at the time signed for two seasons in Amsterdam.

The goalkeeper, who made two appearances for the Dutch national team, made his debut on August 7, 2021, in the Johan Cruyff Shield against PSV (0-4). He has played fifty official matches for Ajax 1 and became Eredivisie champion last season.

Ajax signs Remko Pasveer

Ajax has reached an agreement with Remko Pasveer for the goalkeeper's transfer to Amsterdam. Pasveer will join on a free transfer from Vitesse, where he his contract is set to expire. He is set to sign a contract in Amsterdam that will take effect on July 1, 2021 and will run for two seasons, until June 30, 2023.
