Ajax has produced an exclusive documentary for Prime Video. During last season, cameras followed former Ajax Academy players Ryan Gravenberch, Jurriën Timber and Devyne Rensch, both on and off the pitch. This led to the documentary AJAX: Pearls of Amsterdam. The documentary will be available exclusively on Prime Video from 7 October.
Jurriën Timber is to stay at Ajax. The defender has extended his contract until 30 June, 2025. The 21-year-old football player signed up while following both his head and his heart on Thursday. "Feeling it has been important. But there's a plan too."
In 20-Second countdown, two Ajax players face off in a race against the clock. Each player has twenty seconds on the clock to start each round. Once a player gives an answer, he must touch the timer and the opponent's clock runs down until he gives an answer of his own. In this episode, Jurriën Timber faces off with Devyne Rensch.
