Pier Eringa (born 19 June 1961) is nominated to succeed current chairman Leen Meijaard, who announced his departure at the AGM on 11 November 2022. During that AGM, Meijaard announced that he did not want to be considered for a third term and announced internally that he would end his chairmanship and membership of the SB if and when a successor is found.
The nomination will be decided on at an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) to be held on Tuesday 14 March 2023 at 10am at the Johan Cruijff ArenA.
