Ajax won the Dutch Premier Division match against PEC Zwolle with considerable ease. With a final score of 0-2 Overijssel. David Neres and Nico Tagliafico scored for the Amsterdam team, strengthened their lead position due to PSV's loss of points.

Ten Hag was referring to Devyne Rensch's mistake with a long ball. "Perhaps it is fair to say that we were just not one hundred percent sharp in the game. A match like today should end with a score of 0-5,  0-2 is just not enough."
