Under chilly circumstances, the Ajacieden reported for duty at sports complex De Toekomst. Hats, gloves and tights were necessary to protect themselves from the freezing temperatures. New signing Jordan Henderson was not present on the pitch yet, but the rest of the team gave the finishing touches to the preparation ahead of the match on Sunday.
The training session started with an extensive warming up. After the players warmed up, balls joined the training session, and the tempo increased. Positional play and mini-games were the exercises given to the Ajacieden. The temperature stayed around zero degrees, but the intensity on the pitch was high. The training session ended with finishing drills on the goalkeepers.
