In cold conditions, the finishing touches were given in preparation for Sunday. Due to his son's wedding, coach John van 't Schip will be absent during the home match against PEC Zwolle. Therefore, on Saturday, the coach was no longer on the training field.

The training began with an extensive warm-up, and some passing and shooting exercises. The freezing training session was concluded with multiple mini games and a nice finishing exercise.

Ajax will play their last league match against PEC Zwolle on Sunday, three days after their 3-1 victory in the UEFA Europa League against AEK Athens. On Thursday, they will have another Dutch Cup match: an away game against USV Hercules.
