The nomination will be decided upon at the Special General Meeting of Shareholders (SGMS) to be held on Friday, January 28, 2022 at 16.30 at sports park de Toekomst. The intended appointment of Georgette Schlick (Nijmegen, 4 August 1971) is, in turn, an intended expansion of the Supervisory Board. This concerns a nomination for appointment for a period of three years and four months, up to and including the General Meeting of Shareholders in November, 2025. Schlick's nomination has the support of the Ajax association as major shareholder and the Works Council of AFC Ajax NV.
