Avila (30 September 2001, Rosario, Argentina) made the move to Ajax in the summer of 2023 from Belgian club Royal Antwerp FC. The Argentine defender made his debut for Ajax on 3 September 2023 in the match against Fortuna Sittard (0-0). So far, he has made eight official appearances for Ajax's first team.
