Noordman's football career began at amateur club FC Dalfsen, before she joined her first professional club, PEC Zwolle, in 2019. That same year, she made her Eredivisie debut against ADO Den Haag. In 2023, she made the move to Ajax.

The transfer to Ajax was a dream come true, as she said previously: "When I think about it, I can hardly believe my dream has come true. When you're young, you say things like that, but now I actually get to play here. I'm really proud of that."

On 16 August 2023, Noordman signed a three-year contract in Amsterdam. Less than a month later, she made her official debut in the Super Cup, before making her Eredivisie debut for Ajax on 15 September. Later that year, the midfielder experienced another special moment when she made her first appearance in the UEFA Women's Champions League group stage on 15 November.

In February 2024, Noordman scored her first official goal for Ajax. A few months later, she added her first trophy to her honours list when Ajax won the KNVB Cup on 20 May.

Since making her Eredivisie debut, Noordman developed into a key figure in Ajax's midfield. Over three seasons, she made 59 league appearances, 47 of them as a starter. During that time, she scored eight goals and provided seven assists.

The midfielder also established herself as one of the team's driving forces. Since the 2023/2024 season, only Regina van Eijk and Sherida Spitse made more Eredivisie appearances for Ajax. Noordman particularly stood out for her tenacious style of play: no Ajax player contested more individual duels or made more successful tackles.

She also made a significant contribution in possession, completing more than 1,300 successful passes in the league. Her consistently high performances did not go unnoticed, as she was also among the players who won the most individual duels in the Eredivisie last season.

After three seasons, one KNVB Cup, UEFA Women's Champions League experience and 59 official Eredivisie appearances, Noordman's time in Amsterdam comes to an end. The midfielder will continue her career in Italy, where she begins a new chapter with Juventus.

Tolhoek: From Ajax Talent Academy to top scorer

They were big shoes to fill. When Romée Leuchter left Ajax two years ago, Danique Tolhoek was the homegrown striker destined to succeed her. She embraced the legacy of the Ajax Women's all-time leading scorer with respect, doing exactly what Leuchter had done before her: scoring goals. Leuchter earned a move to Paris Saint-Germain in 2024 thanks to her goals. Two years later, Tolhoek follows in her footsteps with a transfer to Eintracht Frankfurt.
