Ajax win at Telstar as four different players find the net

Having secured their place in the UEFA Conference League League Phase, Ajax were keen to maintain their momentum in the Eredivisie, and they did exactly that. The visitors initially struggled to break down Telstar's defence, but just before half-time Davy Klaassen finally made the breakthrough to put Ajax 1-0 ahead.

Ajax doubled the lead
Ajax pulled clear after the interval. Following a well-executed counter-attack, Steven Berghuis doubled the lead. Just a few minutes later, Tolu made it 3-0, effectively putting the result beyond doubt.

Marcos Leonardo then added a fourth goal for Ajax, scoring his first-ever Eredivisie goal. The striker netted a typical poacher's finish, converting the rebound after an effort from Abdellah Ouazane. In the closing stages, Joffre Torrents also made his Ajax debut.
