Drop-off Location: Taxi Barrier
Before and after the match, supporters with disabilities can be dropped off here. Depending on the disability, it takes about 5–10 minutes to reach Entrance B, and 10–15 minutes to reach Entrance H. However, we recommend getting back into your car well before the match ends.

With public transport
If you choose to come by public transport, you can use Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA (train, bus, and metro) or Strandvliet (metro) stations as your final destination.

Parking
There are several parking facilities around the Johan Cruijff ArenA with accessible parking spaces:

Availability of Parking Passes
For each home match, Ajax can make a limited number of accessible parking passes for P1 available, at a rate set by the municipality. These spots are located near the elevators on the north side (Entrance B) and south side (Entrance H) of the stadium.
Ordering Procedure
These parking passes can be purchased in Ajax’s official ticketshop as soon as ticket sales for the respective match have started. If your account has accessibility ticketing rights, the parking passes will be visible.
Parking Passes via the ArenAPoort
Accessible parking passes are always limited in availability through Ajax. When no more reduced-rate parking passes are available via Ajax, you can visit the ArenAPoort ticket shop to purchase a parking spot at P4 through P24. Regular municipal parking rates apply there.

Availability of parking tickets
A limited number of disabled parking tickets for P1 are available for each home match. These are offered at a rate set by the municipality. The parking spaces are located near the lifts on the north side (entrance B) and south side (entrance H) of the stadium.
Ordering procedure
Parking tickets are available via the official Ajax Ticket Shop as soon as ticket sales for the match in question have started. The parking facilities around the Johan Cruijff ArenA are managed by the municipality of Amsterdam.

Parking tickets via the ArenAPoort
Disabled parking tickets are always available in limited numbers via Ajax. If there are no more parking tickets available at the reduced rate via Ajax, you can visit the ArenAPoort ticket shop for a parking space at P4 to P24. Regular municipal parking rates apply here.
Accessibility
Acces and the elevator
Two sections are available for visually impaired fans:
- The disabled platform behind the goal.
- The special visually impaired section 016.
Please note: section 016 is not accessible to supporters who are wheelchair users.
The visually impaired entrance is located in car park P1 ArenA. You can find the exact entrance on your ticket in the Ajax app.
- Entrance North B: access to section MVP (disabled platform) & section 016.
The entrance opens an hour and a half before kick-off. Please take into account possible waiting times at the lift and arrive at the stadium on time.
Purchased for an 800 section?
Are you a visually impaired fan who has purchased a ticket for one of the regular disabled sections (the 800 sections)? Please contact us as soon as possible at mindervalide@ajax.nl so that we can work together to ensure you are seated in the correct location.
Are there any additional checks?
Ticket checks and searches may be carried out at the entrance. Your disability will of course be taken into account. Only bags containing medication or aids related to your disability may be brought inside. There is limited storage space available.
Have you purchased tickets for a regular section and are you unable to use the stairs?
Most entrances have escalators. See the overview below to find out which entrances have an escalator and/or lift.
If there is no escalator at your entrance, or if this is not a suitable solution for you, please submit a request to use the lift no later than the Wednesday before a home match. For European home matches, this can be done until the Friday before the match.

Catering
For the visually impaired section 016, the regular catering outlets are available on the landing on the north side.
For the disabled platform, the catering outlet is located on the left-hand side, at the bottom of the ramp.
Toilets
For the visually impaired section 016, the toilets are available on the landing on the north side.
For the disabled platform, the toilets are located on the left-hand side, at the bottom of the ramp.
Assitance dog
If you use an official assistance dog, this is not a problem, provided you have a card for the MVP (disabled platform) section. The other disabled seats are not suitable for this purpose due to the presence of regular spectators.
We kindly request that you inform us in advance of your assistance dog's presence via mindervalide@ajax.nl, so that our stewards can be notified.
Audio Description Support
Can’t (fully) see the match? Via ajax.nl/audio you can listen to live audio description of Ajax matches without delay, from any seat in the stadium or even outside.
How does it work?
