Drop-off Location: Taxi Barrier

Before and after the match, supporters with disabilities can be dropped off here. Depending on the disability, it takes about 5–10 minutes to reach Entrance B, and 10–15 minutes to reach Entrance H. However, we recommend getting back into your car well before the match ends.

With public transport

If you choose to come by public transport, you can use Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA (train, bus, and metro) or Strandvliet (metro) stations as your final destination.

Parking

There are several parking facilities around the Johan Cruijff ArenA with accessible parking spaces:

  • P1 ArenA (under the stadium)

  • P1 Accessible Parking

  • P-Dome (garage under the Ziggo Dome)

  • P4 (closest parking spot in the general parking area)

  • General Parking (P2, P3, P5 through P24)

Availability of Parking Passes

For each home match, Ajax can make a limited number of accessible parking passes for P1 available, at a rate set by the municipality. These spots are located near the elevators on the north side (Entrance B) and south side (Entrance H) of the stadium.

Ordering Procedure

These parking passes can be purchased in Ajax’s official ticketshop as soon as ticket sales for the respective match have started. If your account has accessibility ticketing rights, the parking passes will be visible.

Parking Passes via the ArenAPoort

Accessible parking passes are always limited in availability through Ajax. When no more reduced-rate parking passes are available via Ajax, you can visit the ArenAPoort ticket shop to purchase a parking spot at P4 through P24. Regular municipal parking rates apply there.

Acces and the elevator

If you have a ticket for one of the accessible seating areas in the stadium, you can automatically use the elevator. The accessible entrances are located in parking garage P1 ArenA. You can find your entrance on your ticket in the Ajax app. These are as follows:

  • North Entrance B: access to section MVP (accessible platform), sections 812 and 816

  • South Entrance H: access to sections 825 and 829

The entrances open one and a half hours before kick-off. Please allow extra time for possible waiting at the elevator and arrive on time at the stadium.

Ticket checks take place at both entrances, and security screening may occur. Of course, your disability will be taken into account. Only bags containing medication or aids related to your disability are allowed inside. There is limited capacity to store belongings.

Catering

For the accessible seats at the top of the North and South first tier, catering points are available on the same level. For the accessible platform, the catering point can be found at the bottom of the ramp.

Toilets

Special accessible toilets are available at the accessible seating areas in the stadium.

 

Assitance dog

If you use an official assistance dog, this is not a problem, provided you have a ticket for section MVP (accessible platform). The other accessible seating areas are not suitable for assistance dogs due to the presence of regular spectators.

We kindly ask you to notify us in advance about your assistance dog via mindervalide@ajax.nl, so our stewards can be informed.

Audio Description Support

Can’t (fully) see the match? Via ajax.nl/audio you can listen to live audio description of Ajax matches without delay, from any seat in the stadium or even outside.

How does it work?

  • Bring a smartphone with headphones (Bluetooth or wired)

  • Make sure your phone is charged, or bring a power bank

  • Go to ajax.nl/audio. The live commentary starts 7 minutes before kick-off

  • Preferably use your own mobile network. The Johan Cruijff ArenA offers free Wi-Fi (Johan Cruijff ArenA Free Wifi)
