Mobile tickets
All tickets are provided as mobile tickets in the official Ajax app.
You'll receive the mobile tickets two weeks before the match.
Mobile ticket not visible?
Possible causes:
- The match is not taking place within the next 2 weeks, so the mobile tickets are not yet available in the Ajax App.
- Check if you are logged in with the account you used to purchase the tickets. You can verify this by checking which email address received the confirmation of your order.
- Did you order tickets and assign them to a fellow Ajax fan using Friends & Family during the purchase? Then the ticket will be in that person’s account.
Mobile ticket sharing
Through the Ajax App, you also have the option to share your ticket with another Ajax fan if you are unable to attend the match. Watch the video below for the correct steps.
Verify your account
To use mobile tickets in your Ajax app, you need to verify your account. Verification is quick and easy through your bank with iDIN.

Your data is safe
Identification using your ID
Does your bank not support iDIN or do you not have a bank account? Then follow the steps for 'verification via ID' (only available via the Ajax App):
- Open the Ajax App on your smartphone and log in.
- Go to your account at the top right and click on 'identify yourself'.
- Choose the document type, use verification via ID, and follow the steps.
- Once you have successfully completed this identification, it will be shown in your Mijn Ajax.
Identification using iDIN
Through Mijn Ajax, you can identify yourself with iDIN. Follow the steps below:
- Download the official Ajax app on your smartphone and log in with your details.
- Click on your profile and then on 'verify your account'.
- Choose iDIN and follow the steps.
- Click on 'identify' and send the data to Ajax.
- Your bank will show the data being sent to Ajax; your bank account number is not part of this data.
