The stadium
- The stadium opens 1,5 hour before the match.
- Bags larger than A4 size are not allowed, and there are no storage facilities available in the Johan Cruijff ArenA. Please take this into account. There are lockers available around the Johan Cruijff ArenA at Lockerpoint for storing personal items.
- Banners or other items with discriminatory or provocative text, images, or forms, as judged by stewards, security personnel, or the police, are not permitted. Banners and flags up to 1 m² in size are allowed, with a maximum of 1 item per person. Larger flags must be demonstrably fire-retardant (with an impregnation certificate).
- In the stadium, you can only pay by PIN, credit card, or mobile.

- Instructions from Staff: Visitors are required to follow the instructions of (security) staff.

- Throwing Objects: Throwing objects or liquids is not permitted. If objects or liquids are thrown onto the field, the match may be stopped.
- Field Access: Entering the field of play is never allowed.
- Emergency Exits: Stairs serve as emergency exits and must remain clear. Please take the seat specified on your ticket.
- Prohibited Items: The possession or use of fireworks and facial-covering clothing is not allowed.
