League phase
Ajax begins the League Phase of the UEFA Europa League with a home match against Beşiktaş and also ends at home: against Galatasaray. In the new format of the League Phase, eight matches are played—four at home and four away—against eight different teams. A ranking then determines who advances and who is eliminated.
