Was your application rejected due to a different club preference?
Follow the steps below to complete your application.
Step 1. Cancel your current Club Card or membership
Contact the club or supporters’ association where you currently hold an active Club Card or membership and request to cancel it.
Step 2. Processing your application
After receiving your cancellation, the respective club or supporters’ association will inform the KNVB. The processing time for your cancellation is approximately 5 to 10 working days. You will not receive a confirmation from the KNVB regarding your cancellation. Once the cancellation is completed, Ajax will automatically resubmit your Ajax Club Card application, and you will receive a confirmation email from Ajax. You do not need to take any further action.
Step 3. Activating your Ajax Club Card
Once you have received confirmation from Ajax that your club preference has been approved, it will take a maximum of 2 hours for your Ajax Club Card to be activated and for you to gain access to Ajax ticket sales. You will receive another confirmation email from Ajax regarding this.
