With the Club Card, you get access to ticket sales for all Ajax teams, subject to availability and unless additional restrictions apply. This applies to Eredivisie, cup and European matches.

For some Ajax home matches, a Club Card is required to purchase tickets. In addition, Club Card holders receive priority access to general ticket sales. This means you can buy tickets before supporters without a membership.

Do you have a membership with the Ajax Supporters Association or a season ticket? Then you don’t need to apply for a Club Card, as you already benefit from these advantages.

It is no longer possible to apply for a Club Card for the 2025/26 season. More information about the 2026/27 Club Card will be announced after the season. Conditions:

  • Your account is verified.

  • You do not have a season ticket or a membership with the Ajax Supporters Association.

  • You do not hold a Club Card or membership with any other Dutch football club from the Eredivisie or Keuken Kampioen Divisie.

 

Club Card disability or visual impairment

Special Club Cards are available for wheelchair users and supporters with visual impairments. These provide exclusive access to seating areas specifically designed for wheelchair users or those with significant visual impairments. They can now be requested free of charge.

Was your application rejected due to a different club preference?

Follow the steps below to complete your application.

Step 1. Cancel your current Club Card or membership

Contact the club or supporters’ association where you currently hold an active Club Card or membership and request to cancel it.

Step 2. Processing your application

After receiving your cancellation, the respective club or supporters’ association will inform the KNVB. The processing time for your cancellation is approximately 5 to 10 working days. You will not receive a confirmation from the KNVB regarding your cancellation. Once the cancellation is completed, Ajax will automatically resubmit your Ajax Club Card application, and you will receive a confirmation email from Ajax. You do not need to take any further action.

Step 3. Activating your Ajax Club Card

Once you have received confirmation from Ajax that your club preference has been approved, it will take a maximum of 2 hours for your Ajax Club Card to be activated and for you to gain access to Ajax ticket sales. You will receive another confirmation email from Ajax regarding this.
