Can I cancel my order?

It's not possible to make any changes or to cancel your order after you have paid. 

How long will it take for my Click-and-Collect order to be ready for pick-up?

Your order will be ready for pick-up within 24 hours. You will receive an e-mail as soon as your order is ready.

How many days am I able to pick-up my Click-and-Collect order?

Your order will remain ready for pick-up for a maximum of 7 days. After 7 days we will cancel your order and you will receive a return payment. This does not apply to printed and/or personalized items.

My order has not been shipped yet. When can I expect my order?

You can see the expected delivery time while ordering. After you have added printing the expected delivery will change automatically. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with track-and-trace.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €5.50. Depending on the destination, shipping costs for orders outside of the Netherlands are €8.50 or €15.00.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an e-mail with track-and-trace. Have you only received a confirmation of the shipment without a track-and-trace? Then you will receive this later from one of our suppliers.

If you have not received your order after 5 working days please contact us via Ajax.nl/contact.

 

I missed the first delivery attempt. What do I need to do now?

A second delivery attempt will always be scheduled, which is shown in the track-and-trace. 

After a failed second attempt your order will be returned. Orders without printing will be automatically processed and your money will be refunded. 

If there is a printed item in your order we will contact you via e-mail.

How can I return my order?

Enclosed to your order there is a return form. Use this form to return your order, no other steps are required.

Can I exchange my order for another size?

It's not possible to exchange your order. You can only return your order and receive a return payment.

Can I return my order for free?

Yes, you can return your order for free if you use the provided return form. If you return the whole order you will receive the shippingcosts back as well.

I have returned my order, how long will it take to receive my money back?

You will receive a refund within 15 working days via the payment method you previously used.

What is my warranty period in case of a defective product?

The warranty period is 3 months unless the complaint is assessed for user damage. Do you have a complaint about one of our products. Please contact us via chat.

 

Printed and personalized items

 

Can I still add printing on a shirt/short afterwards?

You can have your shirt/short printed afterwards in one of our Fanshops, but only if this article was bought at Ajax. By showing the confirmation e-mail or receipt you can have your name and/or number printed on your shirt.

If the shirt/short was purchased elsewhere, it is not possible to have it printed afterwards.

What are the costs of adding printing on a shirt/short?

For printing a name or number you pay €10. Would you like to print both? Then this will be €20.

Can I return a printed shirt or personalised item?

It is not possible to return a printed shirt/short of a personalised item. This applies to the printing of numbers, personal names, player names and badges. 

When will the numbers and names of the players be final?

A provisional list of player names and numbers will be shared shortly before the start of the season. Please note that the numbers and player names will only become final after the close of the transfer market. It is not possible to remove or change the printing after purchasing a printed shirt.

Can I buy the Eredivisie or European badges separately?

Unfortunately the badges are not sold separately.

 

Payments and discounts

 

Which payment methods do we offer?

Orders via Ajax.nl/shop can be paid via various payment methods. The following payment methods are offered*.

  •           Apple pay
  •           Generic Giftcard (Yourgift)

Due to new legislation, the maximum redeemable amount per gift card is €50 per online order. It is not possible to redeem multiple gift cards in one order.

Klarna

If you select Klarna as your payment method, you must pay for your order via Klarna 30 days after shipment has took place. You can pay online or via the Klarna app. Do you have questions about your Klarna payment? Then contact Klarna.

Please note: the offered payment methods may change from time to time.

 

Where will my membership discount be processed?

Your membership discount is visible in the shopping cart after you have logged in with the correct account. No discount and logged in correctly? Please note that the discount is not valid on already discounted items and/or promotions. It is not possible to redeemd discount afterwards.

 

Where can I enter my coupon code?

Add the coupon code in the shopping cart during the final step, just before paying. Enter the coupon code and press the plus sign to redeem your coupon code.
