Jensen was born on February 8, 2000 in Copenhagen, Denmark and joined Ajax from the Danish side FC Copenhagen in the summer of 2017. On December 12, 2020, the attacking midfielder made his debut for the first team during Ajax - PEC Zwolle (4-0).
Additionally, Jensen played a total of 49 times for Young Ajax, scoring 11 times. With the reserves, he won the league title in the 2017/2018 season.
