Unique Sjaak Swart shirt: 'I would love to see Ajax play in this'

In honour of Sjaak Swart and his title 'Mister Ajax,' the club and the legend have jointly released a limited-edition shirt featuring his number 8. Jordi Cruijff and Ronald Koeman had the honour of receiving the first shirts. "You are like a son to me," Swart said while presenting the unique collector’s box to Cruijff.

Swart opens his own Cruyff Court: 'Johan and I were best friends'

Smiling faces were all around as Sjaak Swart opened his Cruyff Court in Amsterdam. Before he did that, we took a tour through Betondorp, the neighbourhood where Swart grew up. We also spoke to him about how he stays fit, his youth, his friendship with Johan Cruijff, and growing up with him. "When he was nine, I would watch him play football on Saturdays. You could already see how good he was."
