Building on the success of last year’s inaugural summit in Amsterdam, the 2025 edition focused on actionable progress. Representatives from Ajax, Como 1907, Grupo Pachuca, Gamba Osaka, Sharjah FC, Al Bidda, and Kerkyra United came together to strengthen ties, align on shared goals, and explore practical ways to move the network forward.
Across a series of focused sessions and informal exchanges, the summit offered space for clubs to share their visions, reflect on their contributions to the network, and define concrete steps for joint development. Topics included football methodology, data application in scouting and recruitment, and cross-cultural collaboration.
Set against the backdrop of the Como Cup, the summit reaffirmed a shared commitment to building a global football ecosystem rooted in trust, innovation, and mutual growth.
Alex Kroes, Technical Director of Ajax: “This summit reflects the spirit of the football collaboration we are aiming for. By learning from each other and building long-term relationships, we can create a stronger, more connected future for everyone involved. It’s about sharing knowledge and taking practical steps forward together with each other.”
