New signing Sébastien Haller made his way onto the pitch after the break, marking his debut in an Ajax shirt. After months of injuries, Mohammed Kudus made his comeback in the second half.

Haller came straight on at the start of the half and immediately scored a goal. It was disallowed however as he was only just offside. 'I felt it was offside, yes.'

He then saw how Ajax got a chance to win the game after trailing 0-2. 'We have to learn from today. This was an intense match.'
