Regeer heads to Werder Bremen on loan

Ajax, Youri Regeer and Werder Bremen have reached an agreement regarding the midfielder's loan move to the German club. The 23-year-old will spend the remainder of the current season on loan with the Bundesliga side until the summer of 2027. The loan agreement includes an option to buy for Werder Bremen. Regeer remains under contract with Ajax until June 30, 2029.

Regeer (Haarlem, August 18, 2003) returned to Ajax from FC Twente in January 2025, having already built up a long association with the club. He had been part of the Ajax youth academy since 2017, made 91 appearances for Jong Ajax and made his first-team debut on December 15, 2021, in the KNVB Cup match against BVV Barendrecht. To date, he has made 57 official appearances for Ajax’s first team, scoring two goals.

Conference League fixtures confirmed: Ajax begin away to Hajduk Split

The fixtures for the UEFA Conference League League Phase have been confirmed. Ajax will begin their campaign away to Hajduk Split on Thursday, October 15. Kick-off in Croatia is at 18:45 CET. Ajax's first home fixture follows a week later, when Atalanta visit the Johan Cruyff ArenA on Thursday, October 22. That match will kick off at 21:00 CET. Information regarding ticket sales will be announced through Ajax's official channels no later than September 4.
