Ajax secured a place in the round of sixteen of the UEFA Conference League on Thursday evening by winning 1-2 against Bodø/Glimt in Norway. The draw will take place on Friday at 13:00 in the Swiss Nyon. These are Ajax’s possible opponents.

The round of sixteen of the Conference League consists of eight group winners and eight teams that survived the knockout round playoffs. The eight teams that ended in first place of their groups have a protected status and will be matched to one of the winners of the knockout round playoffs. Ajax will meet one of the following clubs:

  • Aston Villa
  • Club Brugge
  • Fenerbahçe
  • Fiorentina
  • Lille
  • Maccabi Tel-Aviv
  • PAOK
  • Viktoria Plzen

The Conference League’s round sixteen matches will be played on Thursday, March 7, and Thursday, March 14. The final of the European club tournament will be played on May 29 in the AEK Athens stadium.
