Owen Wijndal on loan to Royal Antwerp FC

Ajax, Owen Wijndal and Royal Antwerp FC have come to an agreement to loan the player to the Belgian club. The loan is effective immediately, and will run for one season, until 30 June, 2024. The 23-year-old player's contract with Ajax is due to run until 30 June, 2027.

Wijndal was born 28 November, 1999 in Zaandam. The defender transferred from AZ in the summer of 2022. Wijndal saw his debut appearance for Ajax 1 during the Johan Cruyff Shield game between Ajax and PSV (5-2) on 30 July, 2022. Since when the left footer has appeared 32 times for the first team.
