Outstanding Ajax makes it into the Dutch Cup final following a hassle-free evening

Ajax has made it into the final of the KNVB Cup with ease. Under Erik ten Hag, the team won 3-0 against SC Heerenveen in Friesland. That final score reflects perfectly the balance of power at the Abe Lenstra Stadium.

Looking back, Erik ten Hag was pleased with SC Heerenveen - Ajax (0-3). "On the whole, we played quite well and scored fine goals. Look, we play so many matches. Not all clashes go equally well, but what we now do really well is that even when we play don't play so well, we still get results. And there are days when we play fairly well to very well, like today. And that's when I can be pleased with my team."

The final, on 18th April at De Kuip in Rotterdam, will be against Vitesse. The Arnhem team won their game comfortably on Tuesday evening, winning 2-0.
