Ajax: Pharell Nash (seventeen years old)
"We're really looking forward to it," says the Ajax captain with a wide smile. "We want to show an Ajax team that plays beautiful football and works hard for each other. The fans on the sidelines should enjoy what they see."
The team's goal is clear, according to Nash. "We've talked a lot about it and we're going all in to win the trophy. That’s the only thing that matters. We're playing at home and many family and friends will be there watching."

Anderlecht: Thomas Vervloet (sixteen years old)
For the Belgian, this isn't his first Future Cup. "Last year I played the first two matches, but tore my ACL in the third. I made my comeback on 19 February this year. It feels different now, but I’m not afraid. I’m fit and I’m going for it."
"It's great to be back here as captain, I'm grateful for that," he adds. "This tournament is amazing: great atmosphere, strong teams, lots of fans, and really well-organised."
What can fans expect from Anderlecht? "We're a young, talented team and we want to surprise everyone. We're aiming for as many wins as possible and to show what Anderlecht DNA looks like."

Athletic Club: Rubén Esparza Otero (sixteen years old)
The defender from Bilbao is happy to be in Amsterdam. "It's my first time in the Netherlands and it's great to be here with Athletic Club. We want to show the club’s ideas and core values."
"The Future Cup is a great experience for us because we don't get many chances to compete with teams like this. We want to develop both individually and as a group. Then the results will follow," he concludes.

Bayern Munich: Yll Gashi (seventeen years old)
"I love the architecture here in Amsterdam. It's special, and I've seen so many small canals. Plus the weather is nice, so I'm enjoying it," says the Bayern captain with a smile.
He's clear about Bayern's ambitions. "We want to win. That's why we're here. But we also want to grow and compete against top players. The Future Cup is a great stage to show who we are. With dynamic football and quick transitions, we hope to have a good tournament."

Gamba Osaka: Yuma Nobata (sixteen years old)
This is the first time the Japanese club is competing in the tournament, and they’re excited to showcase their talent. "We're here to show our own playing style. We expect Ajax fans to be curious about the way we play."
The goalkeeper is looking forward to facing European opposition. "European teams are more physical, but we believe our technical qualities will allow us to compete. We’re confident this tournament will be a success for us."

Paris Saint-Germain: Pierre Mounguengue (seventeen years old)
The French striker is also visiting Amsterdam for the first time. "I've been to the Netherlands before, but never to Amsterdam. This weekend, we want to play the way PSG always does: with good football."
"If we enjoy ourselves and show what we can do, it's already a great tournament. Winning would be a bonus. We just want to play and enjoy every minute," he finishes.
