Chourak (July 21, 2004, Woerden) moved from ADO Den Haag's youth academy to Ajax's in 2018. In Amsterdam, the left-footed player progressed through several youth teams and has been part of the Ajax U23 squad since the summer of 2023. On August 25, 2023, he made his professional debut in the match between SC Cambuur and Ajax U23. In total, Chourak made 67 appearances in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie for Ajax U23, scoring eight goals.
