Noordam (born in Delft, July 29, 1998) joined Ajax in 2021 and made her debut for the club on August 27, 2021, in an away match against Excelsior Rotterdam: 1-7. In total, she played 105 official matches for Ajax, scoring 18 goals.
During her time in Amsterdam, Noordam won the Dutch league title once (2023) and lifted the KNVB Cup twice (2022 and 2024). She also played a key role in Ajax’s impressive European campaign in the 2023-2024 season, when the club became the first Dutch team to ever reach the quarter-finals of the UEFA Women’s Champions League.
Technical director Alex Kroes: “This is a great transfer for both Nadine and Ajax. Of course, losing a player of her quality is a loss, but at the same time, Ajax is known for developing talent and then selling players—that’s what made this club great. Nadine also had the ambition to take the next step in her career abroad, and now she gets to make that dream a reality. We wish her all the best with this new challenge in Brighton!"
