MD-1: Ajax train in Amsterdam and travel to Dublin

Ajax completed a training session at sports complex de Toekomst on Wednesday before Míchel Sánchez's side boarded a flight to Dublin. The Amsterdam side will face Shelbourne FC away on Thursday evening in the second leg of the third qualifying round of the UEFA Conference League.

It was warm in Amsterdam on Wednesday as the Ajax players went through their training session. The final session ahead of the away match against Shelbourne FC was open to the press for the first 15 minutes, after which Sánchez's men continued their preparations behind closed doors.

Later on Wednesday, the squad travelled to Ireland. Ajax will face Shelbourne FC in Dublin on Thursday evening at 20:45. With a 3-1 home victory under their belt, Ajax will be looking to secure a place in the Conference League play-offs.


After training de Toekomst, the Ajax players prepared for their flight to Dublin. At the start of the evening, the players arrived in Ireland, where they also took a look around the stadium where they will play tomorrow.
