The Klassieker between Ajax and Feyenoord has officially been suspended. After one hour of playing, Feyenoord led 0-3 in the Johan Cruijff ArenA.

Ajax conceded three goals after thirty minutes of playing. Santiago Gimenez (2) and Igor Paixão scored on behalf of the Rotterdam-based team. After Gimenez scored the 0-2, a plastic cup was thrown on the field, and a few minutes were waited before resuming the match.

Shortly before half-time, fireworks were thrown onto the pitch, after which referee Serdar Gözübüyük temporarily suspended the match. In the 56th minute, another fireworks incident took place. The referee officially suspended the match after consulting with the local authorities.
