Ajax and Kenneth Taylor have reached an agreement on a new five-year contract. The midfielder's contract will run until June 30, 2027. His old contract expired mid-2024.

Taylor was born on May 16, 2002 in Alkmaar and has been playing in Ajax's academy since 2010. The U21 Dutch international made his debut in professional football on October 15 2018, during the match between Jong PSV – Jong Ajax (2-1).

On December 12, 2020, Taylor made his debut for the first team during the match between Ajax – PEC Zwolle (4-0). So far, the academy product has played twenty-two times for Ajax 1, scoring twice.
