Go Ahead Eagles – Ajax is the first match for Ajax after the international duty break. The Amsterdam-based team cannot afford to lose points at this competition stage. The mission is clear: a win in Deventer. Last season, Ajax failed to end the match victorious. Steven Berghuis' goal wasn't enough to secure the win, the game ended 2-1.
The final training session was held at sports complex De Toekomst. With an extensive warm-up, a few passing exercises, and multiple mini-games, the finishing touches were given.

Teacher of the Year and students get a visit from Tadic
Steffie van der Meijden from Nijmegen was crowned Teacher of the Year in special education. Together with her students, they were invited by Maurits Hendriks and Dusan Tadic to come to Amsterdam. They got a special visit from the duo and a tour through the Johan Cruyff ArenA, which resulted in a heartwarming video.
