Ajax reached the final of the Dutch Cup by ending four matches with a victory. The Dutch Cup adventure started in North Brabant, where Ajax beat FC Den Bosch 0-2. FC Twente (0-1) and De Graafschap (0-3) were beaten in the round of sixteen and the quarter-final. Heitinga’s team took on its rival Feyenoord in Rotterdam in the semi-final. Ajax won 1-2 in the lion’s den, thanks to goals from Dusan Tadic and Davy Klaassen.
After the lost away match against PSV last weekend (3-0), the Ajax players are looking for revenge. The focus was visible on their faces, which made a sharp impression. With an extensive warm-up, a few pass exercises, and some mini-games, Ajax prepared itself for the Dutch Cup final perfectly.
