The Ajacieden were supported with loud applause and chanting during their training session at De Toekomst. Under cold, but pleasant circumstances the finishing touches were given in preparation for the match in Rotterdam.
The eager and focused Ajax players did an extensive warm-up, followed by their usual position and possession games, in the built-up to the Klassieker. Ajax will take on the current leader of the Eredivisie competition on Sunday afternoon, at 14.30.
In the last Klassieker in Rotterdam, Ajax won 0-2. A goal from captain Dusan Tadic and an own goal by Senesi were responsible for the final result.
