At sports complex De Toekomst, John Heitinga’s team concluded its last training ahead of the match in Heerenveen. With a warming up, pass and kick exercises, and multiple mini-games, the finishing touches were given.

Grillitsch: 'I'm fully focussed on playing matches again'
Florian Grillitsch his season has been rather unfortunate so far. The Austrian joined Ajax free agent this summer, but has not managed to flourish into a reglar player yet. This is a new situation for the Ajax player. "It’s not easy, but thanks to my experience I can deal with it."
