The finishing touches to the Eredivisie match were given at sports complex De Toekomst. Despite the gloomy weather, the Ajacieden made their way onto the pitch with happy faces. After an extensive warm-up, the Ajax players continued with positional play. The training session was finished with a tactical mini-game.
Van 't Schip's team can draw confidence from the match against sc Heerenveen earlier this season. On November 5, 2023, Ajax won 4-1 at home, thanks to goals made by Steven Bergwijn, Brian Brobbey, and Chuba Akpom (2).
