"You just have to win these games. Great that we won", Bergwijn begins. "You know you don't have to approach a match like that 100% full-on. It's a lesson to be learned. It's about preparation, and we are working hard getting ready for the league games."
Free
Godts looks back feeling good. "We played a great second half. I scored myself, and gave an assist, so I'm happy. I play freely and I'm free in my mind, that's what's most important." Bergwijn is also delighted with the Belgian winger. "Mika is someone with speed and technique who always marks his man, a really good player."
The Belgian wanted to prove himself while at training camp. "Then we'll see just how the season goes." Godts won't need to settle in once back in Amsterdam. "It's taken me half a year to do that, but I've adapted well. This week I want to show the real me."
Hard work
Bergwijn loves where the training camp is. "Beautiful fields, beautiful rooms and fantastic facilities. It is important that we work hard and keep things solid."
