The Supervisory Board of AFC Ajax NV intend to extend the contract of Edwin van der Sar to 30 June 2025. The intention to extend is in abidance with the applied procedure, because of which the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) can only be renamed for a new term after the General Meeting of Stakeholders (GMS). The GMS will take place November 11th, 2022. Van der Sar’s current term ends November 2023.
