According to the KNVB’s draft match schedule for the 2024/2025 Eredivisie season, Ajax will start the new season with a home game against SC Heerenveen on Sunday, August 11. The first Klassieker is on September 1 in Rotterdam.

The new Eredivisie season begins on Friday, August 9 at 20:00 with FC Groningen – NAC Breda. Ajax will conclude the first matchday in the Johan Cruijff ArenA at 16:45 against the Frisians.

Klassieker 
The first Klassieker is scheduled for Rotterdam on the fourth matchday. On matchday 21, Ajax will play the Rotterdam-based team at home. The competition ends with a home game against FC Twente on Sunday, May 18, 2025.

For matchday 15 to 32, only dates are linked to the matches. The exact matchdays and times will be announced during the season.

At the Toekomst, the annual award evening was on the agenda. It was a festive moment filled with joy and emotions as various prizes were awarded and matters were concluded. Alongside the presentation of the prestigious Abdelhak Nouri Trophy, the champions were honored with a well-deserved trophy. Additionally, farewells were bid to the youth players who will be leaving the club to further develop their talents elsewhere. We were present at this beautiful evening and spoke with Director of Football Marijn Beuker and the winner of the Abdelhak Nouri Trophy: Lucas Jetten.
